The Process

1.-Service Scheduling:

Simply get in touch with Eco Dry to arrange your curtain and drape cleaning appointment. You can reach out to us right here to secure your spot.

2.- In-Person Assessment:

At the scheduled time, our experienced technicians will pay a visit to your location. They’ll conduct a thorough in-person assessment to evaluate the fabric type, any unique cleaning needs, and the overall condition of your curtains and drapes.

3.- Removal (Optional):

If your curtains and drapes happen to be removable, we can handle the task of taking them down for cleaning. However, if they’re fixed in place, we offer on-site cleaning services to ensure minimal disruption to your daily routine.

4.- Initial Inspection:

Before diving into the cleaning process, we meticulously inspect your curtains and drapes to pinpoint any stains, spots, or specific areas deserving extra care.

5.- Fabric Compatibility Test:

To guarantee the safety of your curtains and drapes during the cleaning process, we perform a fabric compatibility test. This critical step guides us in determining the most suitable cleaning method and solutions for your specific textiles.

6.- Dry Soil Eradication:

Our initial step involves the removal of dry soil and dust from your curtains and drapes, carried out with specialized equipment. This crucial preparation readies the fabric for the forthcoming cleaning process.

7.- Cleansing Process:

Our professional cleaning techniques, including dry cleaning or steam cleaning, are tailored to suit the fabric type and its condition. We employ eco-friendly cleaning agents, effectively eradicating dirt, dust, allergens, and stains, all while preserving the fabric’s integrity.

8.- Spot Treatment:

Resilient stains and spots are treated with safe and efficient stain removers. We take special care in addressing these blemishes to achieve optimal results.

9.-Sanitization:

For added hygiene and freshness, we provide a comprehensive sanitization process, eliminating bacteria, odors, and allergens from your curtains and drapes. This step ensures a clean and healthy living environment.

10.-Drying Phase:

Post-cleaning and sanitizing, your curtains and drapes undergo a meticulous drying process utilizing gentle techniques. We ensure they are completely dry before reinstallation or return.

11.-Pressing and Refinement:

If necessary, we can perform pressing or steaming on your curtains and drapes to restore their crisp appearance and eliminate any wrinkles.

12.- Reinstallation (If Applicable):

If we took down your curtains and drapes for cleaning, rest assured that we’ll reinstall them, ensuring they hang securely and correctly.

13.- Concluding Inspection:

Prior to wrapping up the service, our technicians carry out a final inspection, ensuring your curtains and drapes meet our stringent standards of cleanliness and quality.

14.- Savor Fresh, Curtains and Drapes:

Your curtains and drapes are now rejuvenated, clean, and ready to elevate the aesthetics of your living spaces.
